As done in the other co-located conferences (check\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/websci22.webscience.org\/about\/covid-measures\/\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>\u00a0for the WebSci page on this issue and <a href=\"https:\/\/ht.acm.org\/ht2022\/covid-measures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a> for HT one), we will update this page in case new measures are taken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To in-person participants:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>We recommend to test before traveling to Spain and if possible before each conference day to prevent spread during the event (rapid test can be bought in pharmacies at a regulated price).<\/li><li>We will ask for mask use inside the conference rooms, preferable N95 or FPP2 type, and recommend you to also mask while travelling and being indoors.<\/li><li>In case of symptoms, please consider to not attend the conference \u2013 you can always switch to online attendance in case you feel unwell.<\/li><li>In case you test positive during the conference, the local requirement is that you contact the organizers, so we ask you to inform us via email at umap2022-general@um.org. We also recommend you to notify those people you have been in close contact with directly.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Traveling to Spain from abroad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All passengers arriving in Spain by air or sea,&nbsp;including those&nbsp;arriving in transit to other countries, must complete a&nbsp;Health Control Form&nbsp;before departure and&nbsp;obtain their QR&nbsp;to present it&nbsp;at boarding and at health controls on arrival in Spain: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<ul><li><strong>By air:&nbsp;<\/strong>via the website&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/spth.gob.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/spth.gob.es&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/a>or the Spain Travel Health -SpTH- application (Android, iOS).<\/li><li><strong>By sea&nbsp;<\/strong>(ferries): through the web&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/spthm.puertos.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/spthm.puertos.es\/&nbsp;<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"enlaceListado\">Check, in order to fill in the Health Control Form, if your country of departure is on the&nbsp;<strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sanidad.gob.es\/en\/profesionales\/saludPublica\/ccayes\/alertasActual\/nCov\/spth.htm#collapse3\" target=\"_blank\">list of risk and high-risk countries\/areas<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"enlaceEntrada\">If you&nbsp;<strong><u>come from a third country<\/u><\/strong>, you must first check if you can travel to Spain on the button:&nbsp;<strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sanidad.gob.es\/en\/profesionales\/saludPublica\/ccayes\/alertasActual\/nCov\/spth.htm#collapse1\" target=\"_blank\">Entry requirements for entry in Spain from third countries<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"enlaceListado\">If you come from a&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sanidad.gob.es\/en\/profesionales\/saludPublica\/ccayes\/alertasActual\/nCov\/spth.htm#collapse3\" target=\"_blank\">HIGH-RISK&nbsp;<\/a>country, at the health controls on arrival in Spain, you will be required your&nbsp;SpTH QR code&nbsp;together with a vaccination or recovery certificate and, in addition, a SARS-CoV-2 diagnostic test certificate&nbsp;with a negative result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>More information can be found on the&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/spth.gob.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">Spanish Travel Health<\/a>&nbsp;website.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">COVID measures in Catalonia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-925459ab-b22c-4b42-a82a-39a9aedec8c6\">These measures are set until June 3rd. They are expected to remain as they are at the moment (or even get relaxed), but we will update them if there is any change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-0af4f857-d731-4af0-a15d-c32870497018\">Wearing a mask is mandatory for all individuals over six years of age in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"block-8ff91b23-fe2d-498a-86c8-787d361c897f\"><li>Public transport.<\/li><li>Hospitals and pharmacies.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Social events and conferences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<ul><li><strong>In-person<\/strong>&nbsp;congresses, conventions, trade fairs, and similar activities in enclosed spaces require that the minimum ventilation levels set out in the current regulations on thermal installations of buildings be guaranteed.<\/li><li>Habitual coexistence groups should be kept as stable as possible.<\/li><li>Interpersonal physical safety distance must be maintained.<\/li><li>In meetings involving the concentration of people in public spaces, no food or drink may be consumed between 01.00 am and 6.00 am.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bars and restaurants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<ul><li>In interior spaces and terraces, a&nbsp;minimum distance of 1.5 meters&nbsp;between table diners or different table groupings must be maintained.<\/li><li>Mask-wearing is mandatory while not&nbsp;eating or drinking.<\/li><li>Ventilation of enclosed spaces must be ensured by means of natural ventilation or other ventilation systems.<\/li><li>Ten people are the recommended maximum number of diners per table or group of tables both indoors and outdoors as well as on terraces unless they belong to the same social bubble.<\/li><li>Dancing may take place in the establishments referred to in this section, including at catered events, with masks.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>People with symptoms of COVID-19 must contact the public health service.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>More information can be found on the&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/web.gencat.cat\/ca\/activem\/restriccions-territorials\/catalunya\/\" target=\"_blank\">Catalonia<\/a>&nbsp;website.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For now, COVID restrictions remain low in Spain as the incidence levels are reduced.
