The workshops will provide a venue to discuss and explore key emerging areas of the conference topics with a group of like-minded researchers and practitioners from industry and academia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-56c836b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"56c836b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>We aim to have a balanced workshop program comprising different workshop formats, combining newly emerging, currently evolving, and established research topics. Different full-day and half-day workshop schemas are possible, such as:<\/p><ul><li>Working group meetings around a specific problem or topic where participants may be asked to submit a white paper or position statement<\/li><li>Mini-conferences on emerging specialized topics, having their own paper submission and review processes<\/li><li>Competitions or challenges around selected topics with individual or team participation<\/li><li>Interactive discussion meetings focusing on subtopics of the UMAP research topics<\/li><li>Joint panels for different workshops or
