ACM UMAP 2025 is pleased to invite proposals for tutorials to be held in conjunction with the conference.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-018ac4f no-margin-paragraph elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"018ac4f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Tutorials are expected to be instructional sessions aimed to provide a comprehensive introduction to established or emerging research topics of interest for the UMAP community. An ideal tutorial should be broad enough to provide a basic introduction to the chosen area, but it should also cover the most important topics in depth. Tutorials are encouraged to be as dynamic and interactive as possible. They will be responsible for their own publicity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-358cc7b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"358cc7b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Proceedings.<\/strong> There will be conference adjunct proceedings published by ACM, and available via the ACM Digital Library. A camera-ready summary of the tutorial should be written by the organizers to be included in these adjunct proceedings.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-05b299f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"05b299f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Camera-ready Information.<\/strong> Accepted summaries will require further revision to meet the requirements and the page limits of the camera-ready format required by ACM. After acceptance, instructions for preparing the camera-ready versions of the summaries will be provided. We strongly recommend the usage of LaTeX\/Overleaf for the camera-ready papers to minimize the extent of reformatting. Therefore, we require that <strong>at least 50% of the tutorial organizers (with a minimum of one) attend in person.<\/strong> Additionally, <strong>all organizers must be registered for the conference.<\/strong> <strong>\u00a0Organizers attending online must register with a Workshop\/Tutorial-only regular registration.<\/strong> Each accepted tutorial summary will be included in the conference adjunct proceedings. The o\ufb03cial publication date is when the proceedings are made available in the ACM Digital Library. This date may be up to two weeks before the first day of UMAP 2025.
