A total of 60 bedrooms has been reserved on the campus of Dalhousie University. The rates mentioned below include linen, towels, high-speed Internet, regular membership privileges to Dalplex Athletic Facility, as well as one overnight parking permit (subject to availability).

Hotel Lord Nelson is located very close (6-7 minutes of walk) to the UMAP'2016 venue - The Collaborative Health Education Building on Summer Street.
