Overview

We would like to invite you to support the ACM UMAP 2022 conference. ACM UMAP is the premier international conference for researchers and practitioners working on personalisation and systems that adapt to individual users, groups of users and collect, represent, and model user information.

UMAP 2022 covers a wide variety of research areas where personalisation and adaptation may be applied. It includes (but is in no way limited to) several domains in which researchers are engendering significant innovations based on advances in user modeling and adaptation: recommender systems; adaptive educational systems; intelligent user interfaces; eCommerce; advertising; digital humanities; social networks; personalised health; entertainment, and many more.

UMAP 2022 provides doctoral students with the opportunity to explore and develop their research interests under the guidance of a panel of distinguished scholars, possibilities for researchers to present and discuss their research, and network with other researchers. A vibrant workshop and tutorial program plus poster, demo, and late-breaking results session complete the conference program.

UMAP 2022 will be the return to a physical conference, since it will run in hybrid mode from Barcelona, in co-location with the ACM Web Science and the ACM Hypertext conferences. It will also celebrate the 30th edition of the conference, so we expect strong audience participation, both physical and virtual.

Platinum level (4000 € or greater contribution):

  • Opportunity to host a conference session
  • Opportunity to deliver an industry keynote speech
  • Nametag sponsor ribbon for all sponsor’s representatives
  • Up to three complimentary main conference registrations
  • Exhibit booth provided at the main conference, excluding electricity/internet

Gold level (2000 € or greater contribution):

  • Half-page of sponsor profile in the conference program guide
  • Branding on the conference signage of program sessions
  • Up to two pieces of corporate material distributed in delegates’ registration package
  • Opportunity to host a conference session
  • Nametag sponsor ribbon for all sponsor’s representatives
  • Up to two complimentary main conference registrations
  • Exhibit booth provided at the main conference, excluding electricity/internet

Silver level (1000 € or greater contribution):

  • 1/4 page of sponsor profile in the conference program guide
  • Branding on the conference signage of coffee break
  • Up to two pieces of corporate material distributed in delegates’ registration package
  • Nametag sponsor ribbon for all sponsor’s representatives
  • One complimentary main conference registration

Bronze level (500 € or greater contribution):

  • Up to one piece of corporate material distributed in delegates’ registration package
  • Nametag sponsor ribbon for all sponsor’s representatives

À la Carte Items:

These items can be added to any level of sponsorship:

  • Named student travel awards (3 available); specific sponsorship mentioned on website: €1000 each
  • Sponsorship of best paper award; specific sponsorship mentioned at award ceremony and listed on website (2 available): €500 each
  • Lanyard for conference badge, distributed to all attendees (company name/logo on lanyard): €500
  • Lunch (3 available); signage at the venue and specific sponsorship mentioned on the website: €2000
  • Poster/demo reception; signage at the venue and specific sponsorship mentioned on the website: €3000
  • Conference Exhibition Booth Pass (€300/each/day)
    • Exhibit booth provided at the main conference, excluding electricity/internet
    • Recognition on the conference website
    • Each conference exhibit booth pass is registered with an exhibitor for security reasons and cannot be transferred.

Sponsoring both UMAP and HT:

ACM HT is co-located and collaborates with the ACM UMAP conference. HT takes place one week before UMAP and uses the same submission dates and formats.

 In case of sponsoring both conferences, we will discount the total offered amount by 20%.
